Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Maxdubaideals website and the Dubai deals, vouchers and offers we make available through it. By claiming a deal or contacting us, you agree to what follows. The terms are written in plain English to make them easier to read; they are legally binding nevertheless.
1. About the service
Maxdubaideals is operated from The Opus by Omniyat, Office 2204, Business Bay, Dubai. We are a marketplace that curates and resells discounted offers from partner venues across dining, hotels, spas, attractions, shopping and tours. We are an independent intermediary; the underlying goods and services are provided by the partner venues themselves.
2. Using the website
You may use Maxdubaideals only for lawful purposes. The following are not permitted:
- Reselling or commercially exploiting vouchers without our written permission.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments.
- Attempting to bypass technical controls or rate-limits of the website.
- Scraping, mirroring or reverse-engineering any part of the service.
- Using Maxdubaideals to launder money or to fund activities prohibited under UAE law.
3. Deals and vouchers
Each deal, voucher or booking you claim is a separate contract between you and Maxdubaideals (and, where stated, the partner venue). We will:
- Charge your selected payment method for the amount you confirm at checkout.
- Issue the voucher, promo code or booking confirmation for the offer you selected.
- Email you a receipt covering the transaction.
Each offer carries its own validity window and conditions, shown before you claim it. If a partner venue fails to honour a valid, unexpired voucher, we will reverse the charge to your card. Reversals usually clear within three business days, depending on your bank.
4. Pricing and fees
The final price you confirm at checkout includes any service fee and applicable VAT. There are no hidden surcharges. Foreign-card holders may incur a foreign-exchange fee charged by their own bank — this is outside our control and is not part of the price displayed on the website.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Because vouchers grant access to third-party venues, redeemed or expired vouchers cannot generally be refunded. We will refund:
- Charges where a valid, unexpired voucher was declined by the partner venue.
- Duplicate charges caused by a confirmed technical fault on our side.
- Charges proven to be unauthorised, subject to our fraud-investigation procedure.
If you believe you have grounds for a refund, contact us at info@maxdubaideals.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly and faster.
6. Availability and downtime
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Routine maintenance is scheduled outside Dubai peak hours. Partner-side availability, venue closures or force-majeure events may occasionally affect offers; we will keep you informed and reverse failed charges promptly.
7. Intellectual property
The Maxdubaideals name, logo, copy, code and design are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission. Partner-venue brand names and the payment-method marks (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate the offer or compatibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Maxdubaideals will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or the partner venue's goods and services. Our aggregate liability for any one transaction is limited to the amount paid for that transaction.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our support team will be referred to the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of the page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of Maxdubaideals after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
